Christian: Judeo-Christian God Yhwh is not the Islamic God Allah. In Hebrew, Alah (אָלָה) means curse/oath.
Muslim: Islamic God's name is Allah (אלוהים), not Alah (אָלָה). In Hebrew bible, the word for God is Elohim (אלוהים). If you translate אלוהים into Arabic using Google translate, you will see it is Allah (الله).
The Arabic word “إله” is a common noun which means “god”. To make “إله” a proper noun, “ال” is used before “إله”. The Arabic word “إله” means “the”. A proper noun is a noun that refers to a unique entity as distinguished from a common noun. Capitalization is used to mark proper names. When “ال” is used before “إله”, it becomes “الله”. The word “الله” is a proper noun which means “The God”.

Christian: When applied to God, Elohim is used strictly in it's singular form. But when applied to Elohim is used in it's plural form.
Muslim: I know that "Elohim" can mean both "god" (a polytheistic
god) or "God" (the monotheistic God). When Elohim is used with
singular verbs and adjectives, it means "God". But when Elohim is
used with plural verbs and adjectives, it means "god".
How do we know that "Allah" is Elohim (=God) but not Elohim (=god)? Hebrew speaking Jewish and Christian Biblical scholars translated Elohim (=God) as "Allah" in Arabic. Page one of
the Arabic translation of the Book of Genesis has the word "Allah" 17
times. The very first verse of the Arabic translation of the Book of Genesis
says "Allah" created the heavens and the earth. This proves that "Allah" is Elohim (=God) but
not Elohim (=god) in the Bible.
Moreover, when we look up the word "God" in the Aramaic Dictionary, we see that the word for "God" in Aramaic language (the mother tongue of Jesus) is "Aalah". Jesus used to call God by "Aalah".
