Who Wrote Gospel?

Karen Doyle: John says Jesus says: "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father, but through Me." (Gospel of John 14:6).

Hu Wen: John who? Biblical scholars say the Gospel writer John wasn't one of the twelve disciples of Jesus. Now be a good kid & let your uncle Hu know which John you're talking about.

Karen Doyle: What Bibilcal scholars? You make it up as you go along....

Hu Wen: Forget about Bible scholars, my nephew. Mr. John himself says where he got his stories from. Mr. John says: “This is the disciple who is testifying to these things and wrote these things, and we know that his testimony is true” [John 21:24].

It's crystal clear that the name of the writer of Gospel of John was John & he wasn't a disciple of Jesus. He wrote what he heard from a unnamed disciple of Jesus. No one knows who that writer "Mr. John" was. No one knows Mr. john's last name, let alone his biography. Muslims has a complete biography of each hadith book writers & those hadith book writers clearly mentioned the names of the persons they collected their stories from. Muslims have chains of narration when it comes to narration of stories in scriptures but Christians don't have that.

No sane person takes a book seriously that is written by an anonymous writer. A book's credibility is judged by the author's scholarship. People that take bible seriously are insane. I deeply regret wasting 17 yrs of my life as a Christian. What a great fool I was!

Karen Doyle: Die in you're sin! I will not consider anything you say, you did NOT leave Jesus, you were NEVER Christian! There are a lot like you. You chose Islam, Satan......I rebuke you in the Name of Jesus Christ!

Hu Wen: I used to be a better Christian than you because I never cursed people of other religions out when I was a Christian. Don't question my Christianity because my Christianity was better than your Christianity would ever be. Jesus is still my inspiration because he was a great man. I love & respect him but I don't accept what anonymous people write about him.

Superhero Jesus vs Ordinary Mohamed

Recently, I had a dialogue with an Arab Christian on YouTube by the name of Omar Benneau. That Arab Christian argued: "Jesus had superpowers but Mohamed did not have. Therefore Jesus was greater than Mohamed". I did not take the typical Muslim way of responding to this saying Mohamed had superpowers too and God gave all of his prophets specific superpowers. Instead, I helped that Arab Christian understand why it is childlike to claim that having superpowers makes someone greater than others. My different approach to deal with this topic really worked and that Arab Christian was speechless at the end of our dialogue. I thought it would be a good thing to share our dialogue with billions of Muslims & Christians out there. And that's why I have decided to post this.

Omar Benneau: Jesus had superpowers but Mohamed did not have. Therefore Jesus was greater than Mohamed.

Hu Wen: Power comes with responsibility, dear. Having super powers doesn't make you superior. Fulfilling your responsibility that comes with your power makes you superior. Pay attention so you may learn, dear. Jesus failed his responsibility to save his people from oppression but Mohammed succeeded. Jesus is a loser despite of being a super man. Mohammed is a winner despite of being an ordinary man. An ordinary man achieved more than a super man. This is the biggest miracle mankind has ever seen.

Omar Benneau: Do you do realize that Muslims believe in Jesus and if you do not believe in Jesus, you are not a Muslim and you just fail in your life?

Hu Wen: I do know that Islam teaches Jesus will be successful when he returns. But till then, I would call him a loser. Because he failed his people (Jews).

Omar Benneau: Jesus did not fail. You got it all wrong. He came to save every single person on earth by dying on the cross. Jewish people were mad at him and said he failed because they were excepting him to save them from Roman Empire.

Hu Wen: But how could we blame Jews when God reveled to them in Old Testament that the Messiah would save them from oppression & make all other nations bow down to them & re-establish the kingdom of Judah? The problem arises when both New Testament & Koran identify Jesus as Messiah. When you identify Jesus as Messiah, Jesus is automatically assigned responsibility to do what Old Testament says the Messiah is supposed to do.

Jesus died & got resurrected for the pardon of mankind according to New Testament & I respect that. But Jesus shouldn't have left Jews in the hands of oppressors and go up in heaven to enjoy himself after he was resurrected. How is that fair to Jews? And how does that fulfill the criteria of Messiah found in Old Testament?

Jesus failed as Messiah to save Jews & make them a great nation again. The anger of Jews is legitimate. And it makes sense why Jews don't accept Jesus because of his failure as Messiah.
